Simple Pleasures #25

I think being able to laugh at yourself is really important.

I mean when everyone else is laughing at all of the dumb things you do you might as well join in.

Laughter can actually improve your health.

Laughter relaxes your body, boosts your immune system, triggers the release of endorphines, protects the heart, and may even help you to live longer.

I love to laugh. Even when things seem very bleak I try to find things to laugh about and people to laugh with.

So go ahead and belly laugh. It's good for you.

I love that CoCo took her mom for a birthday celebration in Savannah.

Cindy shared some of her pretty decorating with dried flower ideas.

Kris used vaseline to get a distressed look on her table.

Love is in the air on Life and Linda.

This Week's Gluten-Free Recipe

I love french toast and I love cinnamon rolls and this gluten-free french toast cinnamon roll casserole has both.

This would be delicious on a cold Sunday morning, and I bet no one will even know that it is gluten-free.

  3. Nothing is better than laughing so hysterically that you can't stop - it is definitely contagious! But even a little chuckle is good for the soul!

  5. Nothing like a big belly laugh to make a person feel better. I totally agree. I can still get the giggles sometimes when I can't stop laughing! I love watching the TV news bloopers when the newscasters start laughing at something and just can't stop. Great medicine for the soul! Love that pottery barn pillow.. would go great in my bedroom. Take care.. Marilyn
