Simple Pleasures #16

Ho! Ho! Ho! The holidays are quickly approaching. I don't know about you all, but I am starting to get excited and have started to decorate for Christmas.

Christmas tree decor

I texted a photo to Tessa of my lit tree and her response was.

"You have a lot of nerve. It isn't even Thanksgiving yet." I have gotten a lot of laughs off of that one.

Hopefully, I will be able to finish up my decorating this weekend.

Simple Inspiration

I am determined to find as much joy as possible during this wonderful season.

Favorite Gluten-Free Recipe This Week

I do love pumpkin pie, but when I saw this recipe I knew the pie would have to take a back seat.

Could there be anything more decadent than a gluten free pumpkin cheesecake with oatmeal crumble?

  3. I say, if it makes you happy to put up your Christmas decorations in October, and leave them up to February, then do it! In St. Augustine, FL, the entire town leaves their Christmas decor up til the end of Florida. It's so festive!
