BROWSING THE GARDEN CENTER

Saturday, March 13, 2021

The weather has been beautiful here in Atlanta this week, so I have resumed my almost daily walking.

I wasn't able to do my normal walking route because they were filming a movie or TV show in my neighborhood and they were parked across the street from me.

I decided that walking in the shopping center, where almost everything I do is located, might be a good alternative. It was, and I will continue to do some of my walking there because it is flat.

The garden center where I shop is where I started and ended my walks, and of course I couldn't resist going in.

I love browsing there and at this time of year the indoor and outdoor areas are filling up with plants, pots, and garden embellishments. Don't you just love these colorful pieces?

Seeing so many wonderful things for the garden makes me wish I had a small yard. Since I don't, I just added to my indoor garden with a couple of new houseplants, and I will just have to be envious of those that have a space for these unique and fun things.

This has been a busy week for me personally so I am glad that I can get out and walk to help relieve some of the stress in my life. I'm hoping to get over to see Tessa this weekend before the rain moves in. We are going to try out playing badminton.

That should be interesting.

Until we meet again join me on PinterestInstagramLTK, and Etsy.

  4. Good morning, Laura! Whenever I feel down, I walk around a nursery. In Mass. they are only open for about 4 months. But now in Texas, they are open all year round. Even tho our new house doesn't have much of a yard I still adventure to a nursery to lift my spirits. Good luck with badminton.
