RANDOM COVID THOUGHTS
Saturday, May 30, 2020
Yesterday was a rainy Georgia day. It was a day to sit and gather some relevant and not so relevant thoughts on this what seems like one millionth day of the pandemic.

Hi Laura, Yes, each of the memes/picture additions you show are relevant...love the "walkin' down the street" one as I can relate to singing (though quietly) while walking" in my neighborhood. As these days are passing, we older people thought our last years would be more interesting than this, didn't we?
ReplyDeleteI think part of our frustration in this new way of living is the remembered times we yearn to return to experience. I always enjoy your blog and look for it in my emails. Thanks, Karen
The lady in the top photo does seem to have your curly hair. I just wish everyone would be kind enough to wear a face mask and not get so close to me. Are they just thoughtless or clueless? Have they been living under a rock? Or just flat don't care?

Oh Laura.
ReplyDeleteYour post today started my day with a smile. What a great post. Well, guess we are all getting sick of this pandemic. Better to be sick of it than dead FROM it, right? ha! Hope your weekend goes well. Think I'll try to get that Ray Stevens one for my FB page. So funny. Thanks, Laura. Susan
This is fun and made me smile this morning. Have a great weekend.

I have started often having dreams that include people I have never met before as central characters in the dreams. They aren't
ReplyDeleteTV characters that I remember ever seeing, either. This is new for me.
Thank you for the smiles, Laura! I don't recognize the woman I see in the mirror either...lol.
