Atlanta is on a mandatory shelter at home, which means we are expected to stay in our homes except for necessary things like grocery shopping, medical appointments, or work.
As I haven't been off the property where I live for over two weeks that isn't a problem for me. I do however, dream of far away places. (Not that I have been to any far away places recently, but I still like to dream of them.)
Short post today. See you in a couple of days. I'm busy dancing around my Corona home.
When I came across this I thought it was hilarious and fits the mood perfectly.

Hi Laura...Loved that post. The video was hysterical. It gave me a good (needed) laugh. I think I'll try to post that on FB. Like you, and millions of others, I'm home, trying to determine what day it is. Such disparaging times but it's good to keep safe, right? Hope you have a good day today. Susan
ReplyDeleteThe video is too funny. That made me laugh this morning. Thanks for sharing. I am like you and cannot remember what day it is anymore either. Have a good week. Stay in and safe. xoxo
ReplyDeleteYou go, girl! We are supposed to shelter in place here too after our number doubled in one day. I don't think people are listening though. I'm hearing about big box stores being swarmed with people getting garden supplies, etc.

I have enjoyed being at home, so far. I can only guess this will continue for a while. Glad you are well and I hope you continue to stay that way. Two in my household are considered, "essential", and I feel like that just brings germs into the house :( I bleach everything daily, but still worry.
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! I love that video! Thanks for making me smile!! Stay healthy.
ReplyDeleteThat was so funny! Got a great laugh from it and it is SO relevant! Every morning when I wake up, I have to lay there and try to figure out what day it is! I just went out today for a drive around town.. I feel the only safe place is in my car - please don't tell me it's not! Marilyn
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what day it is either. I always have to look at a calendar. I think we're all going a little cuckoo being stuck in our homes. Though I do go out for a walk every single day around my neighborhood. Today I ran into my next door neighbor just as I was getting back to my house, so we stood outside in our yards (at a good distance) talking for about 1/2 hour. That video was hilarious! I shared it on my FB page.
ReplyDeleteWe had a virtual video meeting a short while ago and our company anticipates we will be working from home for another few weeks....I'm not arguing, I love being at home, and it will be great to be here and watch spring come to life. Stay well, Laura!
