I am feeling a heaviness in my heart today. Once again we have been struck with a terrible tragedy in our country. Innocent lives have been lost and people's lives have been changed forever.
I am grieving for those lives and praying for the survivors and their families while knowing that I can't personally do much more than that. I can't find and get the perpetrator(s) off the streets so that they can't do this again. I can pray for those whose task this is. I can't heal the injured. I can't counsel the grieving, but I am thankful for those who can.
So I choose to let it be. I choose to trust that all will be taken care of and there will be answers.
Another unfathomable heartache to get over - they're coming at us faster then we can process them............

It seems this world has a lot of sicko's in it. When I heard the news, I couldn't help but think, here we go again. Another one! Sad that we're getting numbed to it now. It seems to happen more and more frequently now.
ReplyDeleteLove this video, Laura. I remember the first time I saw the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show. I just learned how to post a video today, thanks to #2. Hope your knee is feeling well.
