well, actually I was also wishing that if I sank down into that bathtub, I would be able to get back out of it.
a bathroom with a beautiful chandelier would be lovely

how about a clever sink made from a bicycle

a cozy spot with vintage embellishments

maybe an old water trough tub would be best

they all look pretty good to me and my aching muscles
They are all beautiful! Hope your aching muscles and bones are recouped! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteYou're making me sick-- I have the smallest bathroom in the civilized world! The only accessory I can put in there in a tiny waste paper can! Oh wait-- I do have a toilet brush in one corner. Now that's living!
ReplyDeleteI have an old clawfoot tub like the, but boy do those photos remind me that our bath needs a facelift!!! Beautiful photos. Isn't that bicycle sink fun! :-)
ReplyDeleteThey all look very inviting. I like the one with the bicycle. It's very whimsical and makes me smile as I think of warmer bike riding days. I'm like you, though. My main thing would be if I got in, would I be able to get out! LOL. Not so much trusting my old worn out knees these days.
ReplyDeleteHave a good day.

When Scott and I were first married, we rented a farm house with an awesome bathtub. It was huge, claw feet and I loved soaking in it til I was all raisin-y!
ReplyDeleteI love these inspiration! I think I'm going to add a chandelier to the bathroom! Thanks so much for inspiring me today!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day rock star!

They look so inviting! Although I'm not so sure about the one with the mirror behind it. Love the tulips, the mirror not so much.
ReplyDeleteThey are all great. I have a tub like the second one and I love it. But I don't use it much since my knee surgery because it is hard to get out of. :0(
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
What lovely bathrooms and oh those tubs! I am afraid if I get in one getting up is pretty hard. I think that's why I like the hot tub, steps! Hope you get some rest!
ReplyDeletehugs, Linda
I'd like to jump into the one with the chandelier with lavender scented dead sea salts ...heehee...but they ALL look inviting and lovely! Now I'm inspired to redecorate my bathroom!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Joyfully, Sandy ;)
Epsom salts, and a hot rum toddy...that should help.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a tub like that in a antique apartment I rented when I was young, and didn't know any better....lol.
The bathroom was nextdoor to the apartment, so you had to go outside your suite to get to it...oh the modern conveniences we take for granted.
But it was old, and huge, all six feet of me could soak.

Ahhh, Calgon bliss . . .
ReplyDeleteI love old bathtubs-so much more than new ones. These are all great bathrooms! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI love the first chandelier photo. I'd definitely AVOID the one with the huge mirror (even though it is a beautiful mirror).
ReplyDeleteAll the bathrooms had something cute about them. I thought the bike was clever.xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteThey are all so beautiful! I'm fascinated by the bicycle sink though.
ReplyDeleteI love all of them. I love me a nice warm bath. That was one of the biggest things I missed when I was being a mountain woman!! I did not get to take a bath for 6 months. I love my shower, but a bath once or twice a week just helps my outlook on life a lot better! :D
ReplyDeleteThey are so beautiful, love them all!

I want to get into a warm soak right now! I've had a chandy over my bathtub since 1999 and I still forget not to throw my towel over my back to dry off. I catch it almost every time.
ReplyDeleteI love looking up at it, though.
Have a great weekend, Laura!
Gorgeous inspiration! Thanks for gathering all the photos and sharing!! So happy you dropped by my blog earlier!!
