September is here, and although it is still officially summer, I know that cooler weather is on the way. I love grilled cheese sandwiches, and while there are still plenty of fresh tomatoes to be had at the farmer's market, I think this recipe is the perfect way to combine the two seasons.
I found this recipe at Martha Stewart Living awhile ago and thought this would a great time to share it with you. You can fix it the traditional way in a skillet, or pop it on to your grill.
Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Basil
I think I may head over to the Sunday afternoon farmer's market and pick up some fresh tomatoes. This sounds like a nice simple dinner tonight with a fresh salad.
