Today I thought I would deviate just a bit from my random Monday Etsy window shopping. Yesterday I made a treasury on Etsy to honor some of the fine sellers on my Etsy Vintage Team, (I think one of them is not on the team, but she had such a pretty photo, I included her anyway) and I thought I would share that with you today.
Didn't these wonderfully photographed items make a beautiful treasury? It has gotten lots of views, so I guess other people think so,too.
The original treasury can be found here, and from there, you can click on the individual items. I hope you will take a look.
Well, I took the plunge and rented a booth at an antique mall. It was the original one I visited, but I got the booth right next to the new tea room that is going to be opening and I don't have to build walls. Now, all I have to do is figure out what in the world I am going to use for displays, and what I want to put in it, all while hobbling around on my injured knee. I am a crazy girl. I do finally get to see my orthopedic doctor Wednesday, so maybe I will find out what the exact damage is.
Well, guess I better get busy.
Hi Laura,
ReplyDeleteThanks for including me in your beautiful treasury and good luck with the antique booth. I'm sure you'll put together a great display.
Laura, thank you so much for the wonderfully-curated primitive showcase you created, and for including me. I know the antique booth will be beautiful - you have a great eye for composition and lovely details - but I also know from experience how much hard work it is, so please take care & don't overdo! I would love to visit your booth & the mall it is in (not to mention the tea room!) sometime. Will look forward to catching up on your previous posts.
ReplyDeleteFantastic collection! Thanks for including my rooster dish!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Laura for including my vintage barrel in your treasury collection and for introducing me to your blog - love it! You obviously put much time and thought into it! Good luck with your display. Knowing how well you put together treasuries, it should look great :)
ReplyDeleteExcited that you got a booth. Can't wait to see all that you do with it! Hugs, Linda

Hope you hear good news from the doc today. I had to see about my knee last winter. Looks like surgery is in store for me in my future....ugh! Isn't Etsy amazing? The photography there is just fabulous and your treasury items are fabulous too. :) You will have so much fun doing up your new booth. I piddled in mine for hours yesterday. Now if people would just buy buy buy! :)
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Thank you for the recent visit!!! I love you mosaic.....I have actually owned all but the chicken and the stool at some point in my life. Seriously...even had a plaid lunch box!!! Have a wonderful week!! Are you from Kentucky?
ReplyDeleteCongrats on getting a booth! That will be fun to fill it up and have a bigger business without the brick and mortar of a large store. Sorry to hear that you're having knee trouble. I wish you a speedy recovery!
ReplyDeletehi Laura,
