is another person's treasure. Believe me, as a seller of vintage goods, this is a motto I live by. I spend my days looking for discarded treasures, things that others deem worthy of tossing, so I can turn around and sell them to people who value the old, the vintage, the unique.
There are plenty of other folks, like me, who are out there on the back roads of the world thrifting. As part of my series of Paying it Forward (yes, in my dotage, I have actually not forgotten about it) I would like to introduce you to Lisa from the blog Outjunking.
It is the story of a woman, like me, who is out saving treasures from the past, living a life filled with vintage, and sharing it with the rest of us.
There are the fabulous finds in her antique booth
anecdotes about small town living along with accompanying photos
stories of nostalgia
and things that make her smile.
So if you haven't visited Outjunking yet, I hope you will take the time to mosey on over there. While you keep her busy, I'll be out on the road scooping up some of those treasures before she gets to them :)
