repurposed stuff

I am constantly amazed at the way people repurpose old "stuff". I must say ingenuity is alive and well, but just how do they come up with these things? Do they sit around staring at an object until an idea pops into their head or is there some creative god out there who sends them divine inspiration?

Well, without further ado, here are today's  finds.

How about a vintage suitcase seat.

Here you go. You can get your bike ride in while you mow the lawn.

I think these are pretty cool. Truck springs repurposed into stools.

This is a really amazing chandelier.

An old newspaper rack refashioned into a bookcase.

and of course I saved the best for last.

I've decided that in my next life I am going to come back as a super, amazing, creative repuposer or maybe, I can start thinking of some things now. Hmmmmm!!.......catch you later.
